The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) is accepting public comments on its proposed rule for Heat Injury and Illness Prevention in both outdoor and indoor work environments. These comments will assist OSHA in creating a final rule that effectively safeguards workers, is practical for employers, and relies on the best available evidence. The deadline for submissions has been extended to January 14, 2025.
