Dr Jeffery Cutter is Senior Consultant with the Disease Policy and Strategy Division, Ministry of Health, Singapore. Dr Cutter is a public health specialist with over three decades of experience with the Ministry of Health in Singapore. At the Ministry, he has worked in diverse fields including health statistics, health regulation, medical audit, and the prevention and control of both non-communicable diseases and communicable diseases. Dr Cutter is also a Senior Consultant in the Communicable Diseases Agency of Singapore and Adjunct Associate Professor with the Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health, National University of Singapore.
