Research Fellow or Senior Research Fellow – Biostatistician / Epidemiologist

The Heat and Health Research Centre is a multi-disciplinary team of researchers striving to understand the causative pathways of – and develop evidence-based solutions for – the health impacts of heat exposure across the human lifespan. The Heat and Health Research Centre’s purpose is to build resilience to a warming planet across the human lifespan by undertaking research that understands the underlying mechanisms of heat vulnerability.
We have an opportunity for a Research Fellow (level B) or Senior Research Fellow (level C) Biostatistician/Epidemiologist to work at the intersection of environmental epidemiology, heat stress and human health. This position will have a specific focus on the impacts of extreme heat and hot weather on human health outcomes, as well as on all sectors of the community and associated health services. This position will be based at the Heat and Health Research Centre, Camperdown Campus.
